AbbVie again named a world's best workplace by Great Place to Work
Great Place to Work has again recognised AbbVie as one of 2018’s World’s Best Workplaces. At AbbVie, culture is a strategic priority and everyone plays a role. This recognition is a direct reflection of the company’s progress and achievements in creating a high performing culture and work environment that fosters innovation, personal development, inclusion and collaboration.
“We’ve created a remarkable workplace as a result of our focus on building our culture, embedding it in our business strategy from the start,” says Tim Richmond, senior vice president, human resources, AbbVie. “Our employees around the world share our passion to make an impact on patients’ lives. We are unified by that commitment.”
More than 7,000 organizations participated in the survey process, representing the voices of 12 million employees worldwide. From that pool of companies, the 25 World’s Best Workplaces have been selected. Companies on the list were recognized by their employees as organizations that foster creativity, trust and camaraderie.
AbbVie qualified for this recognition after appearing in Great Place to Workplaces Lists in Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and the United States.
